3. Records That May Be Requested
The following categories of records may be requested subject to the grounds for refusal in PAIA:

4. How to Submit a Request for Access
Requests for access to records must be submitted in writing using Form C as prescribed under PAIA, available from the South African Human Rights Commission website.
